Understanding Client Needs - RTG first meets with clients (businesses) to understand their hiring needs, including job requirements, company culture, and long-term objectives.
Contract and Agreement - RTG and the client establish terms, including fees and setting expectations for the recruitment process.
Candidate Search - RTG leverages its network through proactive outreach, referrals, job postings, networking events, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms to find candidates that meet client requirements.
Preliminary Screening - Recruiters screen candidates through thorough phone, video, and/or in-person interviews to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability.
Submittal - Once a candidate has been screened, RTG will compose a detailed candidate overview and email the overview and the candidate's updated resume to the client for consideration.
Client Interviews - Once the client expresses interest, RTG will coordinate an interview between the client and the candidate. Following each interview, RTG will collect detailed feedback from the client and the candidate and help facilitate appropriate next steps.
Offer Assistance - RTG helps negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms between the client and the candidate, ensuring a smooth process.
Closing the Deal - After both sides agree on terms, RTG finalizes the placement. The recruiter often assists the candidate in submitting their resignation and supports them during the transition.
